Named after a magical, mythical world, Eldarvahl is the perfect luxury vacation home. Imagine yourself relaxing on the deck, watching the ocean waves 200 feet away, while listening to the trickle of the infinity edge plunge pool close by. The home was designed in the Balinese pod-style concept with double sets of French doors framing 12 foot sliding windows leading to seamless indoor - outdoor living areas. The open concept floor plan takes advantage of the lovely views and constant east wind, providing excellent ventilation.
Eldarvahl is surrounded by an array of tropical plants and completely landscaped. No matter where you are on the .85 acre property, the view will be calming and beautiful. This is truly a serene haven for those wanting privacy and a quiet space to relax and just enjoy life.
Located a short drive from Utila Town, in the private and peaceful Swanix Ridge development, this is a prime location for getting away from the crowds. If you are looking for a calm place to recharge, this is it.
The master suite, on the third floor, boasts a private 200 square foot balcony and breathing-taking views of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding tropical landscape. The master is reached by a curving staircase from the main living area. The staircase is one of many striking, custom features at Eldarvahl, with recessed lighting and display cut-outs. The suite includes a mezzanine area for watching TV and the master bath includes separate water closet, double sinks and open-area Balinese style shower. There are two separate, generously sized bedroom on the main floor and one bathroom with soaking tub and beautiful custom cabinetry.
The chef's kitchen comes fully equipped and features polished concrete counter tops, recycle glass back splashes and custom hardwood cabinetry and the dining and living areas take full advantage of the picturesque views of the seascape.
You will enjoy a short five minute walk to the beautiful beach.
